What this means
Normal heating operation: the outdoor unit is defrosting, so heating temporarily stops. This is not an error or fault.
What you can check yourself
- Wait for automatic defrost to finish; heating normally resumes afterward.
- Keep the outdoor unit air passages clear and do not interrupt power during the cycle.
