What this means
The Wi-Fi module could not complete communication with the router or MELCloud.
What you can check yourself
- Check router range and confirm that the router uses WPA2-AES encryption.
- Check the router's connection limit, DHCP/IP settings, DNS settings, and internet connection.
- Reset the Wi-Fi connection and configure the module and router again using the remote control.
