What this means
The PCI unit has stopped generating Plasmacluster ions. The manual (section 5.7) treats this as an owner replacement part: buy a new PCI unit from the dealer and swap it.
What you can check yourself
- Contact your dealer to buy a new PCI unit.
- Replace it as shown in section 5.7 of the manual, with the heat pump switched off at the isolator first.
